We are often asked "How can we help and support the work these women do?" and we so appreciate those who have already come alongside us as friends. 

 

So practically how can we help?

1. You can give financially by donation 

2. You can offer time to help these women

3. You can come and join in with our activities like fundraising. 

4. You can donate food, warm coats and sleeping bags 

5. You can attend our fundraiser events.
